Dominica was a great stop for us on our voyage through the Windward Islands. I know there's more to do but we sure enjoyed the sites we visited.

Excuse me that has to be a small fishing area away from Roseau obviously fishy. You couldnt have moored in Roseau where it is even deeper right to the shore where the large ships dock at the two deep water harbours. The higher the mountains at the coastline the deeper the water.

We moored where the SeaCats mooring balls are. Are you saying the main city area is better?

Portsmouth I think is the best it's a bay. Roseau is Deepwater harbour. Ask Tourism.

Unlike Portsmouth there's no beach area in Roseau. Sorry you missed out.
