Listen, I don't know what happened to you, but from personal experience, you don't wanna take your life away, su1c1d4l people usually do not ask for help. That being said, I hope you get out of this situation soon enough, if Pokémon drives you to happiness, then use it as a weapon against what you're suffering. But please, do not try to fight it for yourself, seek professional help, and don't act on your own, because at this state, you're not aware of your decisions. Life is tough, but it's worth it, and it's short. May God bless you and your family, you're gonna get through it, the treatment will be slow, the first steps may not look like much, like walking, or staying away from the internet, and eventually going into therapy sessions and taking medicine, but trust me, any little progress is needed, like I said, I speak from my experience. I’m so sorry to hear the rough times you are going through, I genuinely can’t imagine what that feels like, things like Pokemon are temporary fixes to the pain and only partially fill the void in our hearts but coming from A place of love and genuinely wanting you be in a better place, I invite you to seek a life with Jesus, he’s been my rock that I built my life on and is unchanging , everlasting and fulfilling, there is peace in knowing him personally , I don’t know your personal history with God or anything at all but Mathew 7:7seek and you you will find , cry out to God with your problems genuinely and he will be faithful
