I’m commonly Distracted / lost in the automaticity of thought. I’m trying to practice being present, simply by feeling/ noticing my feet on the ground. The smell of the trees around me. seeing the clouds, hearing the birds. Out of my mind, even just for a moment
Totally lost in thought ,not aware of the surroundings.
Awareness
Sunrise
wake up
Let it go
Thoughts only have an impact
if you believe them
Be here now
Feel your feet on the ground
Feel the air on your face
See your surroundings
Here the birds, wind whatever the ears sense
Let the thoughts go on by
