I really like how raw this episode is. There will be some relationships end well and some just end awkwardly like this and that is ok. I like how you just show this the way it is. People have to accept sometimes we just dnt have beautiful endings.

i agree. i think that it feels unsettling to watch for some ppl coz the pair is not really putting up a "Oh, we are fine now!" front. they are a pretty good example of a couple that have broken up, still can talk because it's many years ago, but fundamentally still harbor neutral or negative feelings to each other. it's realistic

I feel like both Jes and Kieran mustered up a lot of courage to share this much with the online community. Happy for her that she took the opportunity and felt comfortable enough to clarify what happened in the past, and kudos to him for appearing on the series. i enjoyed this episode. some people might find it awkward or unsettling to watch, but that's the reality of it. they are exes, and i wouldnt have expected them to be happy and perky when reuniting. it goes to show that tsl didnt cast a fake pair who would act friendly with each other just to show on camera. most people might have negative feelings towards an ex, which makes this episode even more realistic. nice one tsl

i think that kieran is probably shy or still harboring negative feelings towards his ex, which is normal! i wouldnt expect them to be all fine and dandy; they did date each other for a significant amount of time and one party is bound to be more hurt than the other. i like this episode; it feels raw and not pretentious. like kieran, i would be able to talk to my ex, bcoz i would still hate him :P
