1. Story: so ... does her boyfriend prefer someone that never has sex with him and if you ever had sex your only sex position is "the starfish" ? oO but I must agree with the friend saying that OP doesn't respect herself enough, why else would she ask on reddit what she did wrong?
@CristianMetin3 жыл бұрын
I disagree, some people want some opinions and to see if something is wrong. Some people go to Reddit, friends, parents or therapists. And if the friend want to imply being open for kinks or new sex positions or whatever. It is disrespectful to yourself. I disagree on that idea as well.

That first story was my ex to a T. 7 years wasted on that asshole. And he did eventually dump me when he thought he had found "the one". Too bad for him, she was only using him to pay her bills and once the money dried up she dumped his ass. He tried hitting me up again, but by then I had met and was with my now husband. It's been 10 years and he's ripped some other poor girl into the position I was in. She's been there for 8 years. I hope she sees the light.

Story one: This is a tough one. This is good info to have. His reasoning doesn't really matter. For whatever reason, he doesn't see a wife or a mother when he looks at you. This isn't about right and wrong. Your wants and needs are just as important as his. If those wants and needs do not match, then a successful long term marriage may not be possible. Are you willing to show him that his concerns are invalid? Are you upset with him that he doesn't see you as a wife or mother? You need to work that out one way or the other.

As an employee of over fifty years, remember that rules are for the benefit of the management, not the employees. I was in a bar in Hawaii, in line to get a beer when I looked over at a lady being hit on by 2 guys, and she smiled and winked at me. I smiled back but waited to get my beer. I walked over and said hi. Her: Hey Sailor Me: How'd you know I was a sailor? (Navy) Her: turns to sisters* - Hey ladies, he's a sailor! Her: if it we're any other day, I'd take you back to my hotel room and blow the shit out of you. But I have a bet with my sisters and can't do anything tonight. Me: *shocked at what she said but not showing it* "that's cool, I don't kiss on the first date." Her: oh this is a date now? *turns away smiling, pulls me into her and lays the biggest kiss I ever had from a stranger*. Me: *laughing in the inside cuz I can't believe what's happening* "you made me break my rule! You owe me a beer now" Her: I have a better idea, let's go across the street to the beach and go skinny dipping! I had to save her from drowning (not really but sort of). And while doing so her sisters went through my phone. At the end of the crazy night, we end up having sex in the bathroom of their hotel room while her sister is banging on the wall for us to STFU. And that's the story of how I met my wife...happily married...

Not sure if this is a true story but it’s a great story! Congrats
@ttp5133 жыл бұрын
@@lwood9294 OH yea it's true. The other pat of that story is, the reason I was in that bar to begin with. It was for a shipmate of mine who had just reenlisted. This was a country bar, mainly military. I hated country at the time. I saw he wasn't having a great time, just sitting there quiet. So I asked him if he wanted me to find him a girl (I was that kind of wingman). He said, "Get on your job". So I did. After she kissed me, I told her to hold on, cuz I was on my way to go get my friend. I was going to introduce them and let him hang out with her. I was just gonna stay n flirt with her sisters. But my group was nowhere to be found. Apparently, while I was talking to her, they left the bar. They called me and asked if I was going to go with them or stay. I was so pissed off cuz they just straight left me. I had only gotten to Hawaii from my last command a month before and this was my first time in downtown Waikiki. I told them to screw off, I decided to hang out with this lady and her sisters. Figure out how to get home later. And that's the rest of the story.

How long have y'all been together? Is your now wife from Hawaii?
@ttp5133 жыл бұрын
@@RyuThe3rd she's actually from Northern Cali. One of her sisters was finishing her degree at BYU in Hawaii. She broke up with this dude who she caught cheating. She was all messed up about it, and her sis told her to go live with her in Hawaii. She paid for the ticket by making her ex believe she was pregnant and he had to pay for the abortion. When she landed in Hawaii, she called him and told him, "next time someone tells you they're pregnant, make sure you get proof, a-hole." Then went on living her life. So there she was, done with relationships, there I was, not wanting a relationship. And here we are over 10 years later.

The first story reminded me of my friend and her bf. My friend has been with her boyfriend for 11 years, they dated since they were in high school and lived together for about 5 years now. She offhand mentioned something about when they’re married to him and he said that he doesn’t really see himself ever getting married to her because she still has a lot of things about herself she needs to work on. She asked what he meant and he said you know you’re in therapy and some other bullshit. I looked at my friend who’s one of the kindest and no joke because it really shouldn’t matter but still she’s one of the most gorgeous girls I’ve ever met, she has a 4.0 gpa in her masters program, and has a job lined up for herself after we graduate. I told her to dump him, screw those 11 years. Every time I looked at him I’d feel slightly betrayed and like it was all a huge waste of time. She’s such a catch. They broke up for a month once a few years ago and they both came to each other crying that they needed the other. She’s still with him but as she wants to get married and have babies I hope he’s changed. It’s ultimately not my life or relationship. She’s in therapy, that really killed me. Why is taking care of your mental health care a bad thing? Answer, it’s not!

Story 2: OP you may consider this some form of malicious compliance, but in actuality, your management did you a favor. If a business is being managed well, over time should be severely limited. You should be able to do you job, take your breaks, go to lunch, and take your vacations without fear of losing your position. You said it yourself, the oversea team started giving you the information sooner to meet your 6 pm deadline ... as they should. They helped you reduce your hours and be more efficient.
