Ben ended up being my favorite. While he did a lot of wrong, in the end I felt sorry for him and saw him as a human who made mistakes and was sorry for what he did to Alex. Granted, he's still dangerous as he murdered his father, Alex, the Dharma people, Jacob, Keamy, Locke, and Widmore.

I felt like the character of Ben kind of fell apart at the end of season 5 and most of season 6. Ben was kind of the guy who was always playing the cards in his own favor and doesn't care about many others. He is always planning and knows everything. In the end of season 5 and 6 he just follows John/ Man in Black.
