Story 2 MC is just an awful woman. She's continually doing stupid ish and causing trouble for EVERYONE she ever has any contact with. She's a litany of terrible decisions. George, her deceased husband, may have ended up in the Wood of the Suicides in Dante's Inferno, but she's headed straight for the frozen lake of Cocytus in the deepest part of said Inferno (specifically in Caïna, the part reserved for Traitors to Family).
