I think the answer is wrong. As it is stated in the problem, there is still no ACTUAL building, and the question says "Determine the ALLOWABLE MAXIMUM BUILDING FOOTPRINT" and not "BUILDING FOOTPRINT (ACTUAL)". Thus, the most stringent rule will still prevail, which says that AMBF is 50%. Please correct me if im wrong.

I agree, for R1 Residential the allowed maximum PSO is 50% max

hi, your videos are really helpful. I have one thing concern though, on R-2 problem (7:27)on the image its setbacks are 2 m on sides, but the setbacks used on the problem , you applied 3 m on left side and 2 m on right side, may i ask why?
