I install the Star TPS100 thermal printer on the network I install it on a computer on the network and it works normally, when I try to install it on another computer, when I search the network it goes offline. If I try to install it via an app on my Android smartphone with the Star app, when I search for it on the network, it goes offline. Could you help me with the solution? Thanks

Is it normal for it to be able to test print a document from star tsp's software, but when I try to print something from notepad, it doesn't let me?

James im interested in this POS i own and operate a CBD store and currently looking for a new POS the one thing i need the POS to do is print daily or weekly and monthly reports so i can do my taxes and also do discounts for example (Military and or Senior citizen discounts).

Hello, I have to print something on thermal paper, but it has a white copy and you can't see it on white paper. Does anyone like me know how to change the font color to black?

Thank you for reaching out. Take the paper out and turn the roll around. Sounds like it may be in backwards. What type of printer do you have?

Seems a bit much to set up a simple receipt printer
