Pls keep doing these! I wanna know whether it's true to build commanders with high respect or build commanders based on their tier. Example: r1 legolas is better than r10 haldir

Thats a good idea, I could consider doing a video on what Commanders are worth investing in! Though... R10 Haldir is significantly better than R1 legolas if built correctly
