So glad i found someone else going over this site. Ive been going through it trying to decipher the letters. I can tell you 2 things thatll help. 1. The numbers on the files are a standard number cipher. A=1 all the way to z=26 2. The notes make no sense without a vignere cipher with a key word (which should be obvious, but I'll let you figure that part out)
