Hi! I dont know if you have already done this - but if you didn't... here may be a request ❤ I really love your aggressiveness, when you scratch. And its hard to find, but my very favorite trigger is "puddle scratching" Like when it has rained pretty heavy and there are these big puddles on idk fun slides at a playground or on a chair. And these puddles with fast and aggressive scratching is just aghhhh perfect (hope you know what I mean) It would be amazing if you could try this ❤ (your pace fits perfect with it!)

Hi Lynn! Do you still have the mushrooms candle thing? For me the best migraine cure is taking a really hot bath with a ice pack on your head while listening to super tingly asmr.
