About the water. Tap water contains different additives depending on what the water district thinks it should contain. If you have chlorine/chloramine there is a fix. If you look at an aquarium you will see a small pump that adds oxygen to the water. Take a 5 gallon (or more) bucket, fill it with water and drop the stones that distribute the air into the bucket. A 20-60 gallon size would be best. Use 2 - 5 inch stones for best results. If they have problems staying submerged you might have to put a couple of small rocks on them to hold them down. Let it pump for 24 hours and it should get rid of all or most of the chemicals that they added. I use rain water for my compost worms and have no problems. I will also use rain water for my rabbits when I finally decide on a breed that suits my needs.

All my animals, whole Rabbitry and including myself drink tap water daily. (I prefer my brita filter myself) but I have no problems at all. However our water is known to be very good where I live.

Of course it depends on the location. My city water is horrendous and tastes bad. That's we (my family and I) drink filtered or purchased water as well as our animals now.

No, it might have blue-gray eyes which are a DQ but I don't have the Vienna gene in my herd

It depends. If they have specific artwork on them they be copywrited, however the ARBA has some blank peds available.

i know it’s ideal for cleaning, but please don’t put them on the wire floors:( it hurts there feet so so much!!!! imagine being stuck on that with your babies most of your life :/ it would hurt your feet a lot

Wire is perfectly fine for rabbits, as long as the correct gauge or welded wire is used it dosent affect there feet at all. Also rabbits with bad genetics will get sore halks on any flooring wire isnt a factor.
