I've tried the face-to-face meeting with PCH scammers. They refused to come until I gave them the numbers even though they told me we'd do it in person. To defeat their argument, I offered to come to them. They wouldn't tell me where they were. They were stupid enough to suggest that they didn't want me to come to them because I might try to rob them. I asked why I would rob them of my own prize. That question was too difficult to answer and they shortly after hung up. Suggestion for Trixie: offer to come to them to get your prize. If they express concern for their safety, tell them to pick a police station of their choice so the police will protect them when you arrive. As for blocked numbers, I get around it by calling from a different number.

It's funny to me that when they introduce themselves, they almost always say, "You're speaking to..." It's quite odd. They also always refer to themselves as "Mr" so and so instead of just their name. Anyway, when I got a call from PCH, the scammer introduced himself as Mr. Mark Wilson, I deliberately kept mispronouncing his name. I kept referring to him as Bark Filson, or Fart Milson, or Lark Fitman, but never the one that he told me. I kept the scammer on for about 2 hours until I told him I was calling my daughter to tell her the "great" news and when he started to say not to tell her about the winnings, I hung up on him in mid-sentence.
