If You're in the USA the IRS & State Tax Agencies By LAW requires Millionaire lottery winners to be announced on the News Media videos. The best thing to do after receiving payment is LEAVE THE STATE/COUNTRY. SSD/SSI lump sum payouts ain't the same as a lottery winning.

The freedom of time, in order to focus on family, friends, mental health, or even finding love. So, no, money doesn’t buy the things that you mentioned (being poor doesn’t create the ability access those things, either) but money does give a person *options.* 🙂
