I actually know those exact winners, in fact they live in my town. That circle K is actually an Irving’s located in Hillsborough NH. I know they ran an afternoon program for the kids in the middle school and elementary school. 2.1 turns into less then 1.5 smh. And the Powerball last night went from 1.6 billion to a one time payout of 930 million divided 3 ways and taxed. Each person walked away with 187 million. The winning ticket in this story is a legitimate ticket, even if the buyer didn't originally intend on purchasing it. If the machine cut one part of one ticket that was attached to another, that would be an error that wouldn't result in a winning scratcher. Most lottery sites state how many winners there are, and they have the means to authenticate winning tickets/scratchers.
