Context for song: not 100% sure but this could be referencing the lotus eaters from the odyssey. People who eat the addictive lotus leaf and try to get other people to stay on the island by making them eat the leaf. How this ties to ep4: In ep3 Uzi got a small taste of oil in dolls room, and now she needs more oil, similar to the addictive properties of the lotus leaf but unlike the leaf, Uzi’s thirst for oil can’t be quenched by simply stifling herself, she now needs it to survive, much like those who succumb to the deadly lotus leaf.
