The shipping took forever but it arrived super well packed and in perfect conditions. It was super easy to put together and to install. All the features work perfectly, even the remote control and the phone app. I confess that I was not expecting it to be so good, but it is! I had no problems at all and I'm very surprised and satisfied with this product. It works as a lamp, as a fan and as a decoration piece. Over here everyone loves it and cannot believe I got it from Temu, lol. Just follow the instructions and all will be fine, it's not that complicated.

@@patricejames8211 Hi, only now I see your question. The app on my android phone is called FanLamp Pro.

If you are unable to pair the fan with your phone, i will tell you how to do it correctly: You need to turn off the lights by the light switch (on the wall) in order to reset the pairing, not by the remote controller. When you turn on the light, you have 5 seconds to pair the fan by clicking the pairing button. You could also move your phone closer to the fan.

WE FIGURED IT OUT! You need to turn off the lights with a light switch (the one on the wall), not a remote controller. Then you would need have your phone close to the ceiling fan and pair it within 5 seconds

@SurlyCarrot I don't have wall switch. My light/fan are connected directly to the main power. Only way I can turn on/off fan and light is via remote

This product is not worth the time lost it takes to assemble and install its trailor house cheap instructions are a joke it comes with to many extra nuts an bolts that dont make up for missing parts that will leave you scratching your head do yourself a favor save your money
