The new policies were in place then, they ruined sketch comedy before that, The best of youtube was 07-2014 , as soon as adpocalypse took place, and youtube switched to comentary channels, sketch died, it has since seen a revival but it definitly killed my other channel, hoping to find a way to revive it one day

@@randomgaming6808 it's both, you're totally right about the algorithm, it used to give everyone a fighting chance, in fact tik tok got really popular super fast because they realized they needed to catch everyones attention and what they did was, in 2020 EVERYONE had the exact same fighting chance, in fact they PUSHED your content if you just created an account, My 3 rd video got almost a million views, i quickly realized they were doing this because they pushed my content until the tenth video then it would freeze at 200 views EVERY single time, Turns out i was right and this information was released because they wanted people to know and it was brilliant, Now, every platform is the same including tiktok, HARD WORK means ZERO, I put in HOURS of hardcore editing, writing short skits, and yes had success on old youtube which meant about 30,000-200,000 views, back in 2007-2013 that was a lot, it wasn't bots , it was real people, i realized this when getting recognized at freaking six flags with my small little channel with barely 2k subs but 30k+ views every few videos or so, After adpocolypse, You have to make what everyone else is making or your doomed. I just didn't want to play that game, Maybe i'll come back one day. But adaptation is a must..

He said it in his last video: He always got told that YT isnt taken seriously and that he should pursue something "serios". So he wanted to go into creating his own film and also be more serious about politics. The video before that gave away his political stance by making fun of everyone who didnt immediately take the experimental drug in 2021 after which the mortality rate went up and STAYED up. In essence: He got brainwashed. Edit: To me that guy is the most tragic downfall example. He had EVERYTHING he eagerly desired: Influence on people (therefore on politics) and the most important demographic (young people) as well. He has MILLIONS who loved him deerly. He was liked, funny and without controversy. He WAS already doing his own creative version of movies. Bottom line: His younger self WAS ALREADY the successful version that his parents and surroundings told him he should become but he was more than that and more successful than that! He bypassed the traditional way and immediately became more than those who brainwashed him could have ever dreamed of. But because he was different, his self-esteem told him he wasnt as good as those who told him to go pursue something "serious". This is the most tragic thing to me. He had everything he desired. But he believed the voices who told him its not the real deal more than his childish inner voice that naturally did the right thing and went above and beyond what the "serious" people could ever achieve. And all that before his 30s. ...But he always felt like a loser comparent to the academics and "serious" people around him. What a shame. You can take all of what i said above from his last few videos. Its written all over these videos.
