Oblivion is my favourite ;) I still love how they would have random conversations constantly and do different day to day routines. One time a guy in bravil tried to pick pocket a guard though he did get killed ahaha (I needed him for a quest too lol) but still I love how they didn’t say the same rehearsed thing over and they had life to them unlike Skyrim npcs saying the same things and doing the same routines. Also nothing can top the dlc if shivering isles that was just a pure masterpiece

That jump between 1997 and 1998 is huuge. They always waited a few years between the major games, and it always improved greatly. Now we are waiting for 11 years, and its still a few until elder scrolls 6 comes out. I hope it will be awesome. Skyrim still looks really good IMO, I just want an even larger map with more quests and more secrets. I always enjoyed the random sidequest the most, like when you had to investigate the burned house in morthal and such.

Daggerfall feels like a real world. With the Unity remaster and mods it's truly epic, and becoming better. And there's a few possible endings for the main quest, not just plain killing a bad guy. Try at least Skyggerfall to feel the difference

Funny thing, the game that got me into the "Elder Scrolls" genre was actually Lands of Lore. Very similar to the first arena game. Oblivion was unbelievable, you had incredible graphics that would work just fine my Athlon XP 2800+ and an ati 9600pro (my gear at the time).

Elder scrolls legends was obviously made by a passionate team of developers and artists, but with a godawful manager who gave them the most soul crushing task of making a mobile game designed to be addicting. Like the game is good in that it's not bad as a mobile game, but the fact it's a mobile game made it about 1/10 as good as it could have been if it was on literally any other platform.

Skyrim was the only re-master to SE (64 bit engine) and now AE that Beth did. They should of done Oblivion re-Master to SE and it would of turned out very popular again. (Morrowind would have to be a Re-Make, but, Morro. was also a very good story\quest driven game.)

I want a reimagining of the Travels games. They were good from what I’ve heard. It was just the hardware that hurt the experience. I think porting them to newer stuff would be good. Not in the Creation engine, just putting the old game on new platforms in their original states. You could even bundle them together for $10 and it would sell.

I feel like since Skyrim released in 2011, Bethesda just doesn’t give a single f*ck anymore to make a new game. They just give new edition each time, they could’ve do it for Morrowind or Oblivion. Or even remaking earlier games, of course they done new Fallout games but they done them poorly. I have just few hope for Elder Scroll 6, plus now that Bethesda is bought by Microsoft there are high chance it will be a xbox exclusive.

Did you know that Bethesda has used the same core engine for their PC and console games since Elder Scrolls 3 Morrowind? That's why they keep glitching, freezing, crashing, etc. all the time. Even Fallout 3 and New Vegas have the same engine, and they both also share that same engine with Oblivion which is why those three games looked and played so similarly.

*Skyrim* will forever be my most favorite. But I don't like that they half to change the way it looked from the games after Skyrim, They had to make it look more like.. I can't recall or spell the name I'm looking for but the game is *popular.* Making it look a little more real in the *Elder Scrolls 6* however, is more acceptable.
