LOUD 650HP Supercharged & Cammed C5 Corvette Ride Along - INSANE SOUNDS!!

There was quite a bit of mixed comments about the C5 on the last video on whether it was a capable machine or not. So, I figured a ride along video of me taking the car out to get some footage would be a great video to post!

This video right here is making it very hard for me to twin turbo a C5. I love the sound of external wastgates but I also love the hissing and crisp exhaust note of a supercharged setup.

Ive been debating it too. But for me I cant figure out if going turbo will make the engine feel as crisp especially in the rev match downshifts. In the video he hits one while breaking @7:00 and its just perfect. Throttle response almost exactly like my carbed NA motor.

That first big pull was so fucking sick, hearing the pops as you upshift with that supercharger wine build-up. 🔥🔥 Even though I'm not a big vet guy I still appreciate them, in addition, this kinda stuff done to them is just badass. Great video and an awesome C5!!!

Man, those LS1's and LS6's in the C5 'Vette sounded absolutely incredible, probably the best sounding small block they've produced and in a tie with the high winding 283.

I live for the perfect exhaust note. Loud, deep, more bass growl than the tinny sound of some European V8's. I have heard some great ones to fit that bill, but this one is ranking dam near at the top. You have her sounding right, vicious and wicked. She looks great as well.

Just jumping in it on a Sunday afternoon and doing this for a couple of hours...makes the world just melt away and for that moment, it's heaven. This a righteous looking sled, the stance the exhaust note, the lumpy idle. I imagine by slamming it, your turn radius is not so tight, but that a small price to pay for how it looks, the wheel tire combo are sick. I thought you were going to get tagged by the cop. Wow thats a really good sound, the ridealong definitely should help ppl see its not just a show car, kinda helped showed me that too... This is a well set up car, well taken care of with good detail. YOUR EXTRA CAREFULNESS WHILE CHANGING LANES is great too I love this vid!!! Now I see this C5 is one of the best setup C5's ive seen huge props!!!
