This Gen2 looks interesting. It's hard to find a non-Xizi Otis lift here, but I've found an Otis ReGen that appears to be by Otis themselves.

Yep, i know very well that newer Gen2 installations are by Otis and not Xizi Otis. This might happen for the upcoming Otis Gen3

What is anything loud in this lift? Sounds like a Vacum cleaner.

the voice announcements, arrival chime, and the brakes of the Gen2 motor are loud. I'd recommend using headphones to hear it more clearly but be careful of the volume in which you're hearing in that process.
