The funniest thing is going to be all the people who have zero experience using encrypted comms and keep deleting the encryption keys on their radios. It's literally as simple as you took 1 second too long to change the battery. I can understand certain specialty units like ESU/Tactical teams and maybe detectives wanting encryption, but regular patrol is a little much.
