Just got my 95' 12v straight piped with the same exact 5 inch Diamond Eye. Sounds insane, you can hear it half a mile away at least. Nothing compares to that bad ass 12v sound.

Got a 5” straight on my 24v, sounds so sick. Feels like ur big rig billy shifting the 5sp. I got my edge setup to run 3 minutes after the keys out and sometimes you can hear it when your inside a store until it shuts off lol.

I always use Flopro exhaust the hangers are welded to the exhaust and they come with preformed band clamps which gives a nice clean easy install

I did 5"tbe w/8" tip on my 4th gen also! They sound so awesome! Personally I like the sound of the 6.7 better but still sounds badass! Actually u can get them clamps right off the auto parts shelves just so u know

I had a 6in on my 2nd gen 24v down pipe back it sounded amazing made it a bit quieter since it had no back pressure

If you're hearing/feeling the truck vibrate, it's probably from the one hanger that's metal to metal. I had the same system on my 96 5 speed, but couldn't go straight pipe because of the safety check procedures here, but it did sound great. I liked the 5 inch sound but personally I prefer the 4 inch that I used to run on my truck. Nice addition to your truck bud! Sounds like a big rig now!!

I got the MBRP 5 inch stainless on My 97 5 speed. Came with new style band clamps. The sound is amazing when your stopped on a hill and then take off. every shift sounds like a million dollars. Lol

be sure to fix that rubber hanger. you want movement in the exhaust or it'll start breaking stuff...usually your downpipe flange @ turbo.. sounds good!
