Service center'la 3 days'la display order panni mathi tharenu solli irukkan... New phone thara mudiyathu solraan.... And moto customer care'la call panna system voice service only available(hindi, english, marathi only) , not able talk with executive... There is no option to talk with customer care executive...... What is the solution? Where should i raise complaint? Is there any possibility to get new device or refund amount? Kindly reply and give me suggestions...
