I'm using a panasonic 2 ton inverter, blue star 1.5 ton non inverter, bs 1.5 ton inverter, carrier 1.5 ton non inverter acs. From my experience panasonic is the worst ac. Outdoor unit noise level is like running a generator. material quality is cheap both indoor and outdoor. Bluestar material quality wise and cooling wise super. bs inverter ac is so silent that sometimes i doubt its working or not. carier is also working solid for 10 years. If you are going to buy ac then go for bluestar,carier,daikin or mitshubishi. or atleast lg. other brands are not that great.

I ordered an AC from Flipkart on 29-03-2024. Delivery date is 01.04.2024. But even after calling at least ten times a day for installation, they do not answer properly. They finally installed it four days later on 04.04.2024. It has not been cooling properly since that night. Since then I have filed a complaint with the service team and it has been 13 days since today and till now they have not repaired it. I am very upset.. Finally going to file a case in consumer court......... Service very very poor..,....

Please dont buy panasonic. It is not good for long term. I maintained my ac so well still after 4 years it is causing me so much trouble like indoor and outdoor coil leakage and lost all gas. Now the technician charging me so much money to coil welding and gas refill. Buy better brands like LG or go for non inverter.
