Nice video. That scene at the end reminds me of when I was a child and I could see the top of the big rides from my bedroom window. There was always something sad about the way they used to slowly disappear from view on the Monday (last) night as they were being dismantled. It would be great to see what that last view in Loughbourough looks like when the fair isn't there.

Hello from America, I just wanna say i love seeing this street european fairs and german fairs with the lights and excitement, something some of our american carnivals and fairs lack at times. But i was wondering, do you go in and pay for tickets and ride, or do you pay them at the ride booth and they give you some kind of token. In the US we go to a ticket booth and its like $10 for 100 tickets $5 for 15 and stuff like that.

They haven’t gone this year due to it falling a week later than usual as their open on the Square in Nottingham for Christmas

When l veiw these street fairs l always wonder how the Town would deal with emergency vehicles if needed. Such as Fire and Ambulace emergencies.

By law the walk ways have to be wide enough for a fire truck to drive down :)
