I love making my spicy noodles with shredded Mexican cheese. It adds more flavor to it. I’ve tried with the mozzarella and I feel that it’s spicier. It’s still really good but definitely must try with both cheeses to taste the difference and choose what you like best !

Don’t flip the egg, just get the pan hot, add oil, crack the egg on the hot pan, cover it with a lid. The heat will cook the egg with the cover on, after like 1 minute on high heat the egg will be perfect haha dont flip it
