Louis Hayes Is one the best drummers and still active. One of few from ”The golden era of jazz”who remains on the jazzscene. Very nice! Long live Louis !

Très bel hommage rendu à Julian Cannonball Adderley, le saxophoniste alto jazz attitré de Miles Davis, mais également à la tradition du hard bop en général et son compatriote, le "drummer" Art Blakey. Quant au saxophoniste, Vincent Herring et le trompettiste Jeremy Pelt forment un groupe de grande renommée .. Un style musclé « hard bop » ou bop « dur » avec ses magnifiques improvisations et du punch tout simplement, mais quel bonheur pour nous !!
