I constantly study using this method, for me this is the best school! Who else is studying and there are still teachers using this method? or I'm the last one.

While I understand the friendship between the two and the fact that the love for pedal tones could have come from el maestro Mendez, the timeline doesn't add up. Maggio had his lip accident in 1919 and Mendez in 1932. How is it that this gentlemen says that Maggio went to Mendez after his accident? The dates just don't line up. So a little doubt there.
