I was told the same when I had 3 major losses and what I really needed from others was the support to be allowed to fall apart. Being expected to be strong can greatly block the grieving process and I didn't want to have to be strong like I always had been & what people expected from me. Allow those you care about to fall apart when they need to when in grief!

Louis is many things to many people, an enigma of sorts.
