Vachetta for sure! The leather is already treated/aged (which is why it’s darker than your Neverfull) so that it comes in that beautiful honey color.

I like the new BOULOGNE bag with the vachette leather. I have the first neverfull in monogram and love, love, love it! I love the look of the boulogne on you and may go ahead and get it, if it can fit a good amount in it.

Hi Hannah. It’s a very easy to use, grab and go bag with 3 strap lengths, plus gold chain strap option too. I pre-ordered this bag with the black leather trim, and I love it. So, I vote for the black one, but it’s a very personal preference. I’ve got other LV bags with the vachetta leather (like the Noe BB) that give me the traditional vachetta leather crossbody option so the black is different to me. Plus, LV doesn’t offer the black leather trim option with their monogram canvas bags as often. Congrats on your new bags! Enjoy!

I'm considering purchasing this bag in black as a quick, casual bag for errands, etc... The vachetta could be treated (resistant to staining) but I no longer buy vachetta on anything. I feel the black is a bit more polished. Good luck with your choice and please do an update!

Hard choice between colors I love the vachetta but the black is more unique and will maintain its pristine look longer. I want this bag but need to stop in the store to see it in person and make sure my items fit inside because I want it as an everyday bag. Omg you are adorable!! Love your look. Is the pre treated vachetta kind of slick? I bought a pre loved and already hot stamped vachetta luggage tag and it looks exact compared to one I purchased directly from LV but it is slicker than the raw vachetta, feels like there’s a coating on it. Now I’m not sure if it’s real or it’s just been treated.

The vachetta on the neverfull is untreated virgin leather. The vachetta on the boulogne is treated. I prefer the black personal. If you decide not to keep it, I would buy it from you!! Please let me know!
