Thank you for talking about the return policy. I recently bought a felicie on the website and when it showed up at my door it was BEAT TO H*LL. Someone clearly used and abused it before returning. I bought this bag of a site a couple days ago and it’s not authentic as I’m looking at this video I’m looking over the bag the bag I bought is almost a perfect match to the real one the only thing they should have done better with is the material it feels like a good quality of rubber if it had of been more of a leather material I would actually kept it’s everything else is a extremely close match to the real one but the material so I’m sending it back
