I don't really need an insert for this bag since it's narrow. I just stuff it with those inflatable plastic bubble when it's in storage.

Thanks for the wear and tear update. I also have this bag for a few months. I use it mainly as crossbody bag since I like to be handsfree with my younger kids. I found it not so comfortable because the buttons snap lands on my shoulder using it as crossbody. Do you find it's a problem? Wondering if it's only my problem. I still love it though and I just ordered a off band thicker canvas strap to see if I like it and it helps the comfort issue. I love how versatile this bag is but also wonder why this bag is not very popular. What do you think?

Oh no, I didn't realize the snaps would hurt. I usually have a jacket on so it's never bothered me. I'll have to see how it wears this summer. At least the strap is removable so I can swap it out if necessary! But yes, this bag has been a favorite for sure!! 🤎
