I just bought that purse yesterday and I’ll be picking it up in store this week! Super awesome to see the purse on video and makes me so much more excited to have it in my hands!!! You have really sold me on this bag. I want a larger bag that can be carried as a tote or crossbody. Struggling to find pictures of it worn as a crossbody. I heard it was too big for that, but I'm afraid the PM will be too small for me. Any insight?

Can you link the organizer you got for your neverfull? I’ve had the same issues with my buttons on my Louis wallets. So this time I used a matte nail polish and it’s worked out great.

I’m looking for the LV Graceful MM as well - but I’ll probably choose the damier ebene, also because of the weather where I live. But I think it’s too large as a cross body bag.... the size PM is better for that.

Angela I am new to your channel can you help me can't decide if I should go with a Neverful MM or the Graceful PM. I always carry small to medium bags and keep them very organized. I think that a Neverful MM is nice but looks more like an overnight bag than an everday bag. I love your Graceful but I think I could use the PM. Do you think that the PM is that much smaller than your MM? Thanks Lois Also wanted to add on my fushia button before I used I put Revlon clear matte not shiny nail polish and keeps the button looking pristine for the life of the wallet with no chipping. Hi! I don't have the Artsy, but I do really love my Graceful. It's one of the most versatile bags I own. I keep it hung up and stuff it with packing paper to keep it's shape. Other than that, it doesn't really need any special attention. :)

Just an FYI, the bag itself is not leather. It’s coated canvas. The trim is leather, but the exterior of the bag itself is not leather. Which is why they tell you can clean it with water.

I called customer service and they can't answer my question, so I'm hoping you can. I know the length of the bag is 16 inches according to the website. However, where the gold rings attach to the handle, looks like the opening would be less than 16 inches. So my question is I'm wondering if you could tell what the length of the opening is? Never owned a LV and never really liked the styles or thought they were "me", but I've been swooning over this bag...originally I was set on the Damier Azur but this pattern/print is growing on me! I'm considering this bag myself! I got a limited edition GM Neverfull for my 25th Birthday that has light pink straps that have melted off (glazing) all over the place. I got a call from LV telling me the back was actually recalled and I can bring it in to the store and trade it in for another bag...
