I know someone who also purchased the stickers/hardware protectors and they have damaged the hardware and then they could not get them off. LV had to replace all of the hardware for a price. Just for your info..

I also got both when I got the bag and found the protectors were damaging the hardware and the organizer was taking to much space. I use ut for storage though😊 enjoy and have a awesome weekend🌞

I exchanged my palm springs mini, since i dont have a store i called and they asked for pictures and they did say it was defective and i got an exchange, it did take 2 weeks tho

Don’t be afraid of exchanging a defect bag for a perfect one; you are not being difficult at all！ LV should do a better job on its QC!
