I have seen many reviews that this model has vertical stripes on the canvas. I have such a bag, but I’m thinking of selling it, because I also noticed that the canvas is prone to stripes

You attach the strap on the outside of the bag so it’s always on it in case you ever need it. That’s what the loop is for on the side of the bag
