For the Fendi earrings, I’ve had them for 2 years and exchanged them 4 times because the post gets bent and they fall out of my hair. Fendi has a 2 year warranty. The last time I took them in to exchange, they upgraded me to the new version (can be seen on the site) at no additional cost.

I wish I got them earlier cuz I could've gotten them cheaper but I kept trying fill that void with something else by tell myself everyone has them when I reality I never ran into anyone wearing them 🥴.

Ahh this is a great comparison! I typically go against the grain, so while the Louise Hoops were so hyped I opted to get the Fendi ones 1st and that specific antique gold pair but they had just stopped producing them so I got the latest rendition of 1 gold and 1 silver. I’m a Fendi girl anyway so it made sense but I eventually would like to get the LV hoops.

In the spring, I bought some Fendi shades with that same single F logo. Ever since then I’ve been dying to add more Fendi to my life. Now you have me wanting those earrings lol. I’ve also been dying to get the Tory Burch logo earrings. I love the T logo and my name starts with a T so it’s a perfect match. I also don’t have any Tory Burch bags or shoes yet so I think earrings would be a great place to start.

Louis Vuitton website states the earrings are refined metal enhanced by a gold color finish. If they were gold plated a thin layer of gold would be over the earrings and if the earrings were scratched the metal underneath the thin layer of gold would show.

I haven't checked the website in a while but when I did last it the description box said the Louis Vuitton earrings were gold plated.

It says gold color finish instead of gold plated so that's why I always thought it's not gold. On the fine jewelry it says 18k gold.

Hey. So far mine hasn't tarnished but I make sure I don't have wet or freshly applied lotion on my hands when putting them on or taking them off. I still say they aren't gold plated but others have said they are. On the website, they make no mention of it so I'm still saying they're not gold plated.
