LOUIS VUITTON SPEEDY 25 - STILL WORTH BUYING? Let's review the Louis Vuitton Speedy 25 Bandouliere in Damier Azur. What are my first impressions? I waited 30 years to finally buy a Speedy so was it worth the wait?

It's so weird to me that people dislike a good patina. Personally, I think these bags look dead without a patina. We all age, we should be able to do so gracefully. Same for our bags! 😊

I've always looked the look of the Speedy 25 bandouliere, such an iconic/timeless bag. When I tried it on unfortunately it didn't work out for me since it extends out too much on my frame, I'm just under 5' but the Speedy 20 is on my wishlist. Some Speedy 20s in leather and canvas have the zip extended on the side which makes it easy to get in and out of the bag. Thanks for sharing Xx

After 8 years, I finally decided to welcome a Speedy 25 B back into my collection.. and I absolutely love it!! A true classic 🥰 Agree with everything you said about practicality & aesthetics! This handbag was not my favorite for a long time even though my niece loved hers, but the more I see it and listen to reviews like this one, I think that I would love to have one (perhaps in the empreinte). I tend to buy my LV bags w/leather trim second hand so someone else had the stress of patina the leather. (I'm a little too careless to get an even wear) beautiful bag, still haven't made the plunge into the Azur print again cuz I'm not careful and I know I would mess it up.

I just started my LV collection last year. My first speedy was the classic 35 in damier ebene and I just got the blue damier pop speedy 25 bandouliere from Pharrell’s first collection like three weeks ago. Love it, as well. Aaaaaand I have an appointment next week with my SA to look at more for my collection and feel I need a monogram speedy. I may do the 30 bandouliere. Or I may change it up and get a second pochette Métis but in the empreinte leather. I’m so indecisive. 🤣 I’m surprised how much I love having a flap bag. Who knows what this appointment will bring?!

Do you think you’ll spray the vachetta ? I always do and never have any problems but some people prefer to leave it ❤

I also use carbon pro on my light color bags and no problems whatsoever so far, it's been 1 year, highly recommend
