I love Louis Vuitton bags. I’m an addict. Speedies are one of my favorite styles. I have the Speedy B 30 in damier ebene and I love it so much. They’re so classic and sophisticated. This video was awesome and so satisfying to watch... lol.

I have just brought a speedy 25 its 26 years old and in fab condition, I brought a speedy 25 in 2008 and felt it was to small so I sold it and brought a 30 now I have a 25 again I'm in love fab video

You may be able to remove the paint like scuffs on canvas with a damp dish sponge, using the rough sided scrubber and kind of buff it away!

I just purchased a vintage speedy 25 from the early 1980s! Its handles were very dirty but I just dropped it off at the shop to be fixed up! I will be using a cross body strap on the handles like yours as well! So excited for it to be done so I can start using it! Its canvas was in excellent shape like yours.

There is nothing as elegant as a Speedy in Monogram, and the Alma in Monogram print. The older bags are my favorite. Love your bag! It looks great for a 2005 bag. High five!

Wow! I have my original speedy 25 from 2005 as well and it's no where in the condition yours is in! My patina is dark and dirty! I had no idea (back then) how to take care of vachetta leather. I just replaced all the leather through LV and now I have a brand new purse! But I'm a little envious of yours! 🙃❤️

Oh cool! I just purchased a 2005 Speedy 25 Monogram from The Real Real for $665. It's marked "good condition " but the pics look better then "good" so I hope the pics aren't deceiving as detailed pics of any issues they dont have posted except for the interior. It's so nice you have a 2005 as I want to compared mine to yours. How do you clean your top handles? I want to wipe mine with a water based baby wipe but Im.afraid Ill make it darker. From the pics the patina is a light to medium honey color. Its not dark but the top handle has a little soiled coloring to it.

loved your review! You have kept your bag in excellent condition. Bravo! The vintage strap was cool in that it shows how far LV has come in making their shoulder straps. My speedy is from 2013. Not very old but definitely working on making sure it patinas well. Subbed!

I have the Neverfull MM in Mono as my first LV. I’m eyeing the Speedy 25 in DE as my next purchase but my heart is screaming to get it in Mono as well. 😂 For the age, your top handles are just pristine!

My bag was purchased in 2011, speedy mon monogram 35 but my handles are twice as dark. I’ve tried cleaning with various methods but only got some off. Our bags will last forever❤️

LV can be made in France, USA, Germany or Spain - these are the only 4 countries that produce LV. Hope that answers your question!

Beautiful bag! I can’t tell you how long I’ve been contemplating monogram and DE print. I just love monogram but I’m one of those people that are afraid of water marks. I prefer monogram print though.. help 😶. How did you keep the handles so clean throughout the years? Love your bag 💖

I think you should go for the DE print if you're concerned about water marks/patina in general. The DE will always look pristine imo. I have a DE Bloomsbury PM that is also almost a decade old and it looks PRISTINE. Literally can't tell any wear or tear on it. And I've taken that bag EVERYWHERE! :) Honestly, the reason my handles are as nice as they are is because I ended up using the shoulder strap primarily. I just don't use the Speedy as a handheld bag anymore. That cut down on the wear and tear of the handles by a ton. If you go for the Speedy in the monogram, the Speedy B might help you to keep the handles in pretty good condition since that one comes with a shoulder strap? Up to you though! :) Thank you so much!!
