I have a 25 in epi leather and 30 in monogram.....I don't think I would go to the size 35 too big for me especially as a hand carry. I got my speedy 30 redone as well and I'm so glad I did. It allowed me to really love carrying it....mine is vintage as well. Girl I had to stop the video and check to see if they had my chap with the hole on the right end and it is Lol......I was like wait a minute let me see Lol.........Oh you're good because as much as they charge I would have taken it back.

I’m so torn, but I know it’s a forever bag bc it’s my birthday year, really hard to find a replacement, I’ve been keeping an eye out for years! So I’m hesitant to give it back them them and risk them messing it up somehow… 😰 I’ll think about it and let my SA know, maybe they can give me a discount on a future repair to help make it right 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m so glad they repaired yours correctly!!!! 😅💕

I have the 30 classic and the canvas is thick and glossy. It’s so good compared to my newer canvas. Wish they still used the canvas from ‘06

I would be upset if they put the leather tabs on wrong side especially for how much they charge. I would definitely contact LV to fix. Great Video! 💛I also have a speedy 30 made in 99, the year I graduated high school 🤗

That’s so cool, I’m starting to look for bags with date codes from milestone years too!! My repair job on this speedy was already messed up once and they ended up doing ALL of the repairs on it for free, so I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle… I’m hesitant to have the seams opened up a third time on an already vintage bag in case it gets damaged somehow. It’s a a forever bag, so as long as I never need to lock it I guess it’ll be fine 😅

When you think about the investment you make in your luxury bags there should be no excuse for errors like that. I know, it was so wild to try to line them up to get a good photo where the patterns were all the same way and the zippers were the same way and then to see that it didn’t line up blew my mind!! 🤯🤣 I’m torn on asking them to take it back to fix it, part of me is worried about the opening up those seams again and accidentally damaging the bag in some other way 😰🙄
