I love your joy and enthusiasm. I really enjoy LV and it's fun to see someone else who is super excited about a new piece and also approaches it with the understanding that they are not "basic" and are so expensive and luxury, that it really is a privilege to have one. Red is also my favorite, would never choose pink over red in these bags :)

Love your reasoning on this purchase! I’ve always been on the fence about the neverfull for the same reasons as you. I have the totally mm from years ago that still looks great and it zips closed but a tote is just so convenient.

Great video! I just picked mine up at the LV store this weekend and absolutely love it! Out of curiosity, did your bag have a chemical smell when u first got it? Also your bag looks like it has a sheen to it (looks beautiful). Is that how it really is or maybe just how the camera is picking it up? Mine seems more matte. Either way it’s such a beautiful bag, congrats on getting it!

I had a 6 key holder new from the store and it smelled a little chemical-y but it was gone in a day

Mine didn’t have a smell. Perhaps that is a new smell? Let it air out . It could be the camera and the lighting showing off a sheen. It isn’t shiny at all, definitely more matte .

I have a Longchamp as well for travel. It is a dark purple and works great! Now I am getting older, I want to have a better quality and understated bag to travel with! Seriously thinking about Damier Eben never full with RED interior!

I had the same thought process 😂! I don't want to get the Neverfull because it's so saturated( mostly fakes I see though now that I know🤔), but you are right,they are popular for a good reason and they are still in! Other brands copied the 'basic tote bag' but it's hard to beat the Neverfull. I haven't seen anybody cinch it but I am planning to. With the pouch that I already used as a clutch, it's like a 3 bag in 1! The canvas is so light and what I learned from all the MKs,Coaches,Brahmin,Dooney&Burke that I had, the leather could get real heavy and I end up not reaching for it😪. I just had my LV's 2 months ago and I have the LV canvas fever! They are so light and practical. I thought I would go for leather after this but with my budget and everything I am very happy with my basic, classic Neverfull,Speedy and Alma and some canvas SLG's. New subbie here, I'm also a military wife here in Germany and the euro price/no tax deal helped me build a small collection. You're right luxury is a choice, I was a snob before too but when I calculated everything, I spend as much to trendy bags I end up giving away, selling or I didn't reach for whatever reasons.

Very good points you brought up here and I agree with many. I too would like to have a leather bag someday but the weight is something to consider, especially if you carry a lot of items. I’ve been waiting for this video! Beautiful bag. I just got my first luxury handbag and almost feel a kind of loyalty to the brand and mostly eye their products. Since you own several LV bags, do you feel the same way? Have you considered other brands for your next luxury purchase?

Hello! Thank you! You know, I approach all my handbags from a practical standpoint. I don’t buy them to store them or look at them or to have a collection. Each LV bag serves a purpose and at this point , I am not sure if I will add anymore because it’s dangerously close to collection stand point for me at this point . I have eyed other brands but haven’t pulled the trigger because of my lifestyle, I worry about other leather handbags from other brands not holding up well like these coated canvas bags do. I also like the color and pattern against outfits . They just seem to work with everything.

I have and I love the PM size however the straps are shorter than those on this MM size and it’s difficult to get over your shoulder. Therefore that Neverfull in the PM size becomes more of a handheld handbag and not shoulder bag.

I haven't had any issues with that but I also do not carry a lot of items to make my bag heavy. That is one reason I do not own a lot of large bags: I tend to then fill them up and make it too heavy to carry!

I was completely the same about you regarding the fact everyone and their dad's mistress has it! Then I finally bought the GM for university I realised why: IT'S. SO. PRACTICAL. It carries everything, and looks good doing it. I've since got the MM in DE like yourself! By the way - damier means checkerboard, ebene means ebony (ebony brown).

The MM size is really a great size for a more petite woman. I am not crazy tall and find the MM to be oversize without being overkill.

I have always wanted to the neverfull mm from the LV store but girl has got bills lol , a friend at my work place introduced slaybags to me and i googled ,saw good reviews about the quality of the bags so i purchased the damier azur mm from there and omg i love it , the quality is almost like the real and it came with card and receipt as well . I am happy hopefully i can get the real deal some day .
