miss these types of videos from you but fashionphile as change so much! The descriptions now are not as stated. I have ordered from them and the items game worst than the discription, apparently they are not even using the exact photos of items anymore.Their attitude was more or less like send it back if you don't like it. No additional discount, no apology nothing. Their return policy is now 2 weeks from 30 days. let's not even talk about the ridiculous price gouging on their website and pathetic low ball offers when you try to sell to them.( they offered me 3400 for my barely worn chanel black jumbo in caviar leather last year. but I get it, you are affiliated with them so you are obligated to blur the truth.

I love your videos but I wish you didn't promote this company. They knowingly sell fakes. My situation was not an isolated case. There are many threads online about this company. Last year, I purchased an Hermes Kelly 35. After having several local consignment shops confirm that the bag was a fake, I immediately reached out to the.... sent photos of the imperfections in the leather, different color stitching, and loose feet.They offered a free return and full refund. Fashionphile re-listed the bag a few days later as authentic.
