An engrossing debut film and a compelling character (Paige). There is a surprising lot of depth to the film and her character, and she solicits a strong, multi-faceted emotional response from the viewer. I actually did not want the film to end. I wanted to see where Paige goes with her life and what route this profound experience takes her, and what journey she will take us on as viewers. Clearly, her actions towards her male co-worker are empowered and hyper-predatory and point towards a "new Paige". I feel I just watched the birthing genesis of a serial killer ! I hope you delve again in to "Paige" and think about her evolution. I think it would be a tired trope to follow something like Dexter, which has already been done. But there are other serial killers out there living in society, with their own unique stories to tell, living their lives amongst the rest of us. How do they manage that ? How would Paige accomplish that ? I think you are on to a winner with this character and you've already laid a great foundation here in terms of her character and history.
