Louise Hay Deep Sleep Meditation + Affirmations

In this meditation Louise Hay guides you to rest, relax, and restore your body and mind. If anyone here is having a hard fall asleep, then listen to this. This meditation will help you to fall asleep and to have a deep, relaxing sleep.
After the guided sleep meditaion you listen to positive affirmations - while you sleep. Affirmations are simple, clear, positively formulated sentences. They serve to provide the subconscious with new information. The aim is to use them to solve blockages, to remove disruptions and outdated, deadlocked and obstructive thought structures and to create new positive, liberating and inspiring thought patterns. Affirmations are among those effective psychological tools that - without having to use additional tools - support our ability to control our own behavior more systematically and purposefully. They thus make a reliable and at the same time cost-effective contribution to personal developmen.
It is ideal to listen to this affirmation at night while you sleep, because your active brain cannot evaluate the affirmations and they can therefore penetrate unhindered directly into your subconscious and unfold their healing effect there. Healing frequencies are also added to the music, so healing can take place on all levels.

Sadly having horrible abusive parents wh3n they were around and a long term abusive husband this hypnosis had me in much pain and tears remember8ng how I was somehow always happy yet always crying myself asleep by those who constantly told me I was stupid and worthless. For those of you that are younger new beings on the planet that don’t know Louise I can tell you from my experience that she was really the heart bringer of what we have today in terms of the body of spirituality that is accessible to the general public. Louise what is the beginner of this movement that let us in to Esther and Jerry Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Thomas Hubl , Gorbatschow Mate. I too could not sleep last night and I’m glad that I could hear Louise again because she said all of the things that I now have is just a knee-jerk response in my spiritual talk it in a different frame. And it really helped me reset my perspective and perception going forward. I am very proud of people that are 20s 30s 40s that Are returning to remembering. ❤💚 Love & Forgiveness is only possible once we have been gentle kind and forgiving towards ourselves. A mom, a pilot are of no use on a falling plane at 30,000 feet without a oxygen mask. Sometimes specifically in the midst of the trauma you need to be angry at those who hurt you. Then later on you could move forward and share your love. 💚❤️

It was many years later did I realize who she was. She planted a seed. Many years later I heard her name again and she literally saved my life. And her teachings live on through so many individuals.
