Haunting. Exquisite. And that climactic drum solo just peaks at the right time.

I think she has an EP or 2 either completed or in the works according to some interviews/podcasts she's done. I believe that's what she said but I'm not 100% sure until I go back and re listen. I think Sleepwalker was finished first so she wants to tour that before releasing anything else. Again I'm not 100% sure so apologies if I've got my info mixed up, I know that one of the EPs (it might actually be an album now that I think about it) wasn't a solo or Veruca Salt project so she's collaborating with some other people, no names were given, she didn't give out much info as she wants to concentrate on Sleepwalker atm. If I've got anything wrong and anyone knows please feel free to correct me 🙂

I was playing the album for a friend and myself and as she was listening to "God I Know" this morning and when she looked it up because she liked it so much. Then she told me a video had just been released. Ok, I got more than a little excited, but now she understands why. That is a beautiful video Louise and this video affects me much like "What About". Is there a song from the album we don't want a video to accompany our playlist from this album, no, but we do appreciate everyone you do release. Would love to see Killer in video format complete with laser guitar riffs. I'm going to wear out the CD. #EndlessSleepwalkerSummer! 🤘😁🤘

Beautiful. Quite some time ago I had a really rough childhood being gay in a very Baptist/sheltered childhood and hiding who I was and being taught to hate who I was. When I was able to strike out on my own and start coming to terms with things, you had JUST put out a Veruca Salt album with yourself as THE lead vocal.. "Resolver." The raw angst and beautiful vulnerability of your voice in this album was the backdrop to my experience of the difficulty of growing into myself. I then ate up all your other works but Resolver will always hold a special place in my soul. So many years later, I am thriving and you are still wonderfully you. THANK YOU.

this song has a theme your music has often portrayed, lyrically speaking, what is beyond inspiring is the change in music approach. Much calmer, more driven, focused. Don't get me wrong the vitriol on "Resovler" is beyond dynamic, but to hear you channel this in a new direction is beautiful to listen to.

The vulnerability shown in this video is breathtaking. An individual in something as vast as the ocean speaking to God is so f*cking beautiful. I felt every word she sang.

There is real emotion here. That said she appears to have a narrow and stereotypical view of who God is and what the divine force might want from us . Though it would be great if we were all perfect examples of God, I doubt God expects that kind of perfection from any of us . I'm sure God expects us to move in their direction is probably just happy that we try. It is still a beautiful song with a lot of earnest thought put into it. For much of my life I felt the same way expressed here so I can't fault her at all. Just hope she eventually realizes the joy God also takes in knowing us. Even if God is occasionally disappointed in us too.

Sad thing is, if you were a better example, you'd be responsible for childhood cancer, mental illness, catastrophic floods, wildfires, birth defects, and a plethora of other "God-created" horrors of life. Be happy you're not that type of example. Humans are far better than that.
