Hey Ana! I compress the video to make the filer smaller while not sacrificing any of the quality 🙂This helps with upload speed and time, as well as using up less storage from storing the video! I hope that helps!

Handbrake doesn't change the quality of the video - just the size of it! 😀

Hey there! Compressing a video before uploading it will ensure that the quality is the same high quality, but that it uploads faster and has a smaller file size anywhere the video is being saved (e.g. my computer)! I hope that helps clarify 😀

Hey Nate! Yay - so happy to hear that! Handbrake is great for compressing your video file so that the file itself is smaller (and takes up less storage/makes for shorter upload times) while still keeping the best quality possible! 🙂

Louise this Canva green screen hack is GENIUS thank you for sharing! Question though: Do you have any tips for coloring? I find the green screen effect totally warps the colors in my animations or videos. Does this only work for black or white text?

Hey Mollie! Oh no! This should work for all colours! If it's not, I would definitely try to play around with the green colour to see if there is one that gets read better - and doesn't affect the animations! xx

Hey Louise! Loved this! I already use Canva & iMovie so a lot of it was the same as what I'm doing but I never thought to add text animations (I just do static text) so I'll be adding those for sure (the green screen is a live saver!!) Regarding recording your intro and outro to your tutorial, did you do this all on quicktime with a web cam? I have been doing mine on my DSLR then having to jump on my computer to do the "how to". Do you do this for most of your videos or do you still use a "proper camera"?
