I tried this for the first time in Mexico. This is also the best beer I've had from Mexico, I was surprised by how good it was.

@@ronaldtheriot Well Ron, was able to procure a 12 pack from our local BevMo for $15.99. Your assessment is quite spot on as usual. The flavor profile is delicate to be sure but far more complex than a typical lager/pilsner. A bit of bread on the nose with some sweetness balanced by a faint but noticeable spice on the finish. It almost reminds me of a more filtered, lighter bodied German Hefeweizen in it's complexity if not in exact flavor. I definitely agree with you that this is an A+ beer in it's segment. Also, as you and your partner pointed out in a previous video, the Mexican beers just seem to be crafted a bit better than their American counterparts. Thanks for turning me on to this one. I'll be enjoying a few more over the weekend.

Noche Buena is actually my all time favorite beer. We got it last here in Houston in either late fall of either 2016 or 2015.

I'm drinking the obscura right now! Chocolaty flavor, it's actually sweet and it's 4.9%. I like the one you're trying with a steak. And the dark (obscura) for a nice chat in a reunion.
