Very nice 👍 , ya using a sliver spoon , over here gold is the best , going tomorrow too H D for my ladder , found me a honey hole couple days ago , SW winds been keeping our water low but also keeping refs in casting range , awes video of those reds , gotta try a top water plug on them , thanks buddy for sharing your video

Wow! Nice work, and great footage. I'm in Florida and currently where I live, redfish have a "0" bag limit (Indian River / Lagoon). Before this ban it was one fish per person, slot 17' - 27'. Before that it was 2 per person (years ago). You might get the feeling, I am a little jealous! 🍻

We have very healthy population of redfish around South Louisiana. Our limit is 5 per person right now but they are looking into reducing that to 3. Not sure if and when that will happen. The slot is 16 to 27 with only one over 27 per person. Thank you buddy!

Hard to beat catching reds in those shallow ponds. Probably my favorite kind of fishing. Having that platform makes all the difference in the world. Amazing how much farther you can see. That little drone takes some pretty good videos. Even better since I put a polarized lens on it. I'll be upgrading to a new boat soon that will have all the bells and whistles. There is so much to do around South Louisiana. We get the best of both worlds Fresh and Saltwater fishing. I'm definitely blessed to get to experience the awesome adventures our area has to offer. 🎣

I love it when I land one of those bright copper colored reds. They are gorgeous. I thought that it was illegal to use a drone to locate fish in La.

My favorite kind of fishing is Redfishing. They fight like no other fish in my opinion. I always use the drone to capture the scenery and wildlife in the areas I go. Never thought I would be able to see the reds like that in the water. Unless I misread something, you can use drones while fishing in Louisiana. 🎣

@@datlouisianalife Are you catching many slot reds? We only get to go to the marsh once a year and seem to find mostly rats and bulls. A game warden commented that he thought the nighttime bow fishing charters was really hurting the population of reds in the marsh.

@@JT_70Made several trips a couple weeks ago and did pretty good. Most were around the 20 to 23 inch range. There has been some talk about the bow fishing and how it's causing issues with the Red population. I'm sure sooner or later it will be illegal to hunt them at night.
