@@cotadalamb6626 I didn't say it was great football. Leach is known for his offense. Mississippi State (pre-Leach) was a plodding, run-first offense that was boring. Now, it's a much more dynamic offense. Leach's teams are also known for lack of discipline and lack of defense. That looks to still be the case. When MS evaluated Leach, they had to know all that.

Msu is not entertaining even with Leach the football team is the most boring to watch.. that game was boring. BASEBALL HERE IS TOP TIER even with Tyson Carter playing for the Miami Heat the Basketball team is still more fun to watch.. Those running teams we have had sold out the stadium.. Covid is not wild spread in Starkville for them cow bells to not ring . They didnt ring last year but Under Coone and Under Dan you could hear cow bells from 2 miles away.. And most State fans in Starkville aren't Starkville natives.. just to let you know. 1970-1993 natives are sta fans but most of them moved for personal reasons fans now of state stay on the outskirts(west point, Columbus, noxubee)

Feel a bit sorry for LA Tech. Everyone always talks about how Mississippi State made this huge comeback, or how Mississippi State nearly blew it. No credit to LA Tech for getting 20 points up after being down 14-0. They could've rolled over, after all they were expected to get blown out. Instead, they fought hard, had a few plays go their way, and were on pace to win 48-14 when Miss State remembered how to play football. Really, a comeback should've been expected, considering it was an SEC team vs a C-USA team. But, maybe I'm biased, since I'm a LA Tech fan.

I mean, the same MSU team beat a TAMU team that knocked off Alabama. Not to mention, all but like 1 or 2 of their losses in the regular season were by 10 points or less and could've just as easily been 10-2. They started off rough but they were better than their record says.
